FAQ

Q: How far in advance should I order a cake?

A: It is never too early to order any cake, We do require a minimum of 48 hours notice and there may be times when if you wait too long we will not be able to accommodate your order!.

Given the variability of demand, we never know exactly when we will reach our order capacity. As such, we suggest placing custom decorated orders one to two weeks in advance. Please place pastry and orders at least two days in advance. Often we are able to accommodate orders with a closer timeframe, so if you need a cake with short notice, please ask about availability.

A: Try to eat your cupcakes as soon as possible—they’ll taste freshest that way. In the event you can’t eat them all in one day, they keep best in an airtight container at room temperature. Of course, cheesecakes, icebox cakes, and cold pies should be refrigerated!
