About Me


I'm a professional trained Pastry Chef who graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Academy in Orlando, Florida in 2012.

I started my career interning under Chef Alholz in West Orange, NJ at the Prestigious Knoll Family Restaurant, The Highlawn Pavillion. I have also worked at prestigious properties in the Tampa Bay Area Including The Don Cesar and Renaissance Vinoy for the past 7 years.  Most recently you may have enjoyed and (C-een) my fabulous "C"heesecakes (think Fruity Pebbles) at a local Seminole Heights restaurant.

I am looking forward to creating custom cakes, sweets and treats for your Wedding, Birthday, Bridal, Gender Revel, Baby shower Corporate and other events!


 I also offer professional baking services for restaurants. We are fully insured and utilize the services of a commercial kitchen!
